Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery (for groceries and pharmacy items)
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery (for electronics, fashion, and clothing)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Perishable goods that have been opened or used
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or phone with your order details
- Provide clear images of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Arrange for pickup or provide instructions for return delivery
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items. Once your return is approved:
- A replacement item will be shipped based on availability
- If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via mobile money or store credit
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping is free
- If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs may apply
Inspection on Delivery
We recommend that customers inspect their orders at the time of delivery. Any issues should be reported immediately to ensure quick resolution.
