  • We provide B2B delivery services across major cities, towns, and regions in Ghana.
  • Delivery availability may depend on product type, order size, location, and logistics feasibility.
  • For remote or special delivery locations, our team may contact the customer to confirm delivery arrangements.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after cleared payment.
  • This applies to both domestic and applicable international/B2B supply orders.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 1 day
  • Maximum Delivery Time: 15 days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, order quantity, logistics route, and courier or transport partner schedules.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees may vary based on location, item size, weight, quantity, and transport requirements.
  • For bulk B2B orders, delivery charges may be calculated separately based on order volume and delivery destination.
  • The final delivery cost will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.

Bulk & B2B Orders

  • FoodFinder4U supports bulk purchase and B2B supply requirements across Ghana.
  • Large quantity orders may require additional handling, packaging, or transport coordination.
  • Delivery schedules for bulk orders will be confirmed after payment and order verification.

Perishable Items

  • Fresh produce, food items, and other perishable goods are handled with care and delivered as quickly as possible.
  • Customers are advised to ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive perishable goods.
  • FoodFinder4U will not be responsible for damage or quality issues caused by customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For applicable imported, international, or cross-border supply orders, import duties, customs charges, taxes, and related fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  • FoodFinder4U is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, government checks, or third-party logistics processes.

Order Tracking & Updates

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or lack of receiving confirmation:
